How good is Spring? It’s by far my favourite season. I felt so great shedding the woollen winter coat which was becoming like a boring daily uniform. Walking around the hood I love seeing new foliage and blossoms on the trees. It’s the anticipation of blue skies and relaxing summer holidays ahead.
And now for my Friday’s Favourites.
I’m usually not drawn to a fully neutral palette but this bedroom is different. The layers of soft furnishings provide interest. This room would be such a calming escape.

On the flip side, I love the gorgeous turquoise colour in this bathroom cabinetry. Combined with gold accents, it is glamorous but still fun.
This image is inspiration for my next sitting room. The mineral green colour is calming and the use of velvet on the chairs adds a luxe factor.
This wide entrance in Victoria Hagan’s Nantucket home is fresh and inviting. Perfect for a coastal getaway.
